What to Expect
These father-and-son adventure weekends feature outdoor events jam-packed with activities designed to help dads and sons reconnect. You will make memories that last a lifetime. Spiritual principles are embedded into activities and athletic events to equip fathers and sons for the journey ahead.
Note: We recommend that sons be at least six years old for this event.

Matt Fredericks
Fall '26 Quest Speaker
Matt grew up running around Life Action Camp. His dad was on staff at the Camp for almost 25 years. Matt attended Father/Son retreats with his dad as a child and as an adult he traveled and served for 17 years with Life Action's church events teams. He now serves as the Children's Program Manager. He loves to have fun, laugh, and work on creative projects. He is passionate to know, love, and follow Jesus and to encourage others in their journey!
Bradley Herdklotz
Fall '26 Quest Speaker
Bradley Herdklotz has been part of the Life Action family his entire life and is currently coming on staff as the Project Coordinator for Life Action Camp. Before stepping into this role, he spent several years traveling with the ministry, including five years serving as a children's minister. Bradley is passionate about helping people know and follow Jesus, with a special heart for investing in the next generation.
